The candle itself is stylish and once lit, simply stunning. I would suggest either the frosted clear or black vessel – both of which would complement the stylings and decors in most homes.

Understanding the wellness benefits of the candle and your brief, I have selected No 3 ÉLEVATION. This is an uplifting and energising blend that aims to rejuvenate the mind and support fatigue. The blend is made up of citrus notes of lemongrass and sweet orange to lift your spirits and pacify the mind, while patchouli essential oil helps to ease stress and anxiety. The addition of the refreshing coriander will assist to find mental clarity after tackling life’s challenges.

I chose this candle for a number of reasons:

1. You mentioned Alana has recently gone through a break up and is also struggling being unable to see family – I believe this blend would be perfect for this occasion.
2. The styling of the candle is elegant and beautiful, yet not over the top or tacky, and I got the impression from your brief this would suit Alana.
3. The exercise of lighting a candle can be very healing and bring peace to both the person and their surrounds.
